There’s no parking included, it’s all public and paid. Someone suggested paying at the Hollywood County office for a month, which is worthwhile if you’ll be there more than 10 days, but it can’t be transferred. There’s also a lot two blocks away where you can pay by the hour or day, or use the monthly arrangement I mentioned. I think the location and convenience make the parking cost worthwhile. The beach is very close, about 30 meters away. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed to cook, and the value for money is excellent. The TV didn’t get any channels, but I bought a Roku and could stream. They don’t change sheets or towels, though there are laundry machines. Washing costs US$2 in coins, so you have to save 25-cent pieces, and dryers cost US$1.50. Recommended.
