Village Inn Motel Holt

I heard from locals that the owner helps people out. Ha, what a joke. His rates are higher than actual places in East Lansing and elsewhere, so he’s preying on vulnerable people. I hope you see this. $390, plus a $50 incidental fee, isn't cheap. There's no cleaning service or anything included. A real extended stay place costs the same and includes that stuff.

There are a few problems now and then, but so far nobody here has hurt anyone, and it's mostly quiet. The people are great and actually care, and the service is great too. Village Inn is the best motel ever, with a good history and a good value for the price, especially depending on how long you stay. It's very clean and seems well sterilized. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, and microwave. There's a full-size shower, and the air conditioning and heat work. Five stars out of five, this is the best area to stay in.

The desk gentleman was really helpful and nice, and the room was clean and smelled clean. But when I got up to use the bathroom at 2 a.m. and turned on the light, roaches were crawling on the walls. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of that.

He's very nice and understanding, and he'll work with you if you treat him well and tell him the truth. Don't lie to him, and you'll be okay. Keep his room clean.
