The room was roomy and clean, and ours had a lovely cast iron tub. The building is definitely older, which gives it plenty of charm. We arrived after a tough day biking and the owner greeted us so warmly. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

I travel for work and the Burge Hotel was both affordable and a great fit. I stayed in the two bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and three beds split between the rooms. There was lots of space, and the decor had a nice charm to it. The owner was welcoming and arranged for my special needs before I arrived. I'd come back and recommend it to families or anyone needing room to spread out or stay longer.

We arrived late in Holyoke, but stayed in touch with the representative so he could meet us when we got there. The cost was good, and his help and the convenient location made the visit a good one. The hotel is being remodeled, so I hope to return and see how clean and comfortable it is afterward.

The room itself was clean, but the decor felt worn down rather than quaint. Its door was flimsy, which left me unsure about security even though it opened onto an interior hallway. The whole property looks tired, with very old furniture and carpeting.

I was there for an extended work stay and had a peaceful room with a stove and fridge. The owner was wonderful and made sure I had what I needed. In the mornings, coffee is available right across the street.
