Alaska Beach House

I stayed here in 2016 and have meant to leave a review ever since. Not having a full breakfast didn't bother me at all. The way you treated my son and me so graciously meant far more than any full service breakfast could have. We were the ones who missed our flight! I almost booked a place in town that claimed to have the best view, but after eating there I was so glad I found this hidden gem instead. The owners were wonderful, and the location is just right, a short trip to wherever you want to go. Coming back to a quiet ocean view with coffee and seeing eagles was such a treat.

The owner was easygoing and very friendly, and I'd recommend the property. The Eagle's Nest was a great place to stay, with beach access across the property and views toward the Homer spit, bay, and mountains.

We stayed in four units at the Alaska Beach House while working in Homer, and it was hands down the Alaska experience we won't forget. The scenery was beautiful and the views were something else. This place deserves 10 stars. I'd recommend it to everyone. Thanks, and see you again soon.

The place itself was clean, private, and beautiful, and I wish I were there right now. It's a lovely little hidden gem in Homer and I'd recommend checking it out. The downside was no breakfast and Wi-Fi that didn't work. The guy I spoke with on the phone hadn't told me breakfast wasn't available at their bed and breakfast until May.
