It was only for one night, and we would stay again. Customer service was awesome, and the place was clean. Still, it's an older motel and they put us in a smoking room, which had my children coughing all night. The sheets had cigarette burns all over, and it took a few hours for the room to cool down. When we heated food in the microwave, roaches started coming out. Lol.

Blood was everywhere, and the bugs were still crawling around the bed and pillows. I woke up to what I believed were bedbugs biting me, so I showed the guy at the desk right away. He smashed them and insisted they weren't bedbugs, saying there hadn't been a complaint in 9 years. He denied that the fresh bites on me were real, then started questioning how old my nephews were because they're tall. I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless.

Vanessa was absolutely amazing, and the customer service went above and beyond. The rooms themselves aren't anything special. We'll be back just to see her.

The location is the only good thing so far, and I've been here five minutes. The room is dark, with old water damage on the walls and broken furniture. Nothing in it looks properly made after 1980 except the TV.
