The building has a nice amenities deck and friendly staff. As of March 2026, they’re also renovating the lobby, so it looks like it’s about to get even nicer.

The whole condominium has been newly renovated. It’s in excellent condition and has clearly been maintained with a lot of care.

I moved into a long-term rental a few weeks ago, and so far things are going well. The building is well maintained and the staff are friendly. There are plenty of storage lockers for deliveries, five barbecue stations, a cardio room open 24/7, and an area to wash your car. Hawaii Telecom fiber internet is available. The pool is small, with about a third of it only 1 or 2 feet deep. The weight room needs better upkeep, since many of the machines are very rusty.

I lived here for over three years and found it an incredible place to live. It’s in the heart of Waikiki near the beach, and has outstanding staff, including security, plus a secure parking garage, pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio space. I highly recommend Chateau Waikiki!
