The hotel has phenomenal views, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There are two swimming pools, plus a lagoon right behind it.

We’ve walked everywhere we wanted to go, apart from our excursions, and we’re happy with our hotel choice. It’s in a good area for the things we wanted to access. Our room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the housekeepers are friendly and do a great job. The pool area is exceptionally clean, too. The elevators have been slow and very warm, but it’s been a busy place.

We had an Air BnB room, so there was no hotel service. The facility as a whole was amazing, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The living room, dining room, bar, and kitchen were all nice. Our balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and the area, and the weather was perfect for sitting out there. On Friday we had a perfect view of the fireworks show from the room. There was a Hula show downstairs on Thursday, plus a cafe and shops. The master bedroom was very nice, with an accommodating bath. The kitchen was sufficient, though it lacked pot holders for taking things from the oven. The refrigerator was messed up, with doors that crashed together. The extra bedroom was okay and had its own second bathroom. It can fit three people, but it’s snug, with a closet, a queen bed, a twin bed, and one end table. There’s room for clothes in the closet, but almost no space for suitcases or even walking around. The window AC in that room went out on our first day, so I slept on the sofa. We notified the host, but she couldn’t find a repair person until the next day.

We rented a two-bedroom condo for a week. Just two small complaints: there were no fans in the bathrooms, and no extra pillows for anyone sleeping on the couch’s hide-a-bed.

The room was dated, but the incredible views made up for that. Valet was easy and efficient, though it cost about $28 a day. There are some nice stores and restaurants inside the building. Kalakaua Ave is only a mile away, with so much to do and see. Great location.
