Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Hopkinsville - Convention Ctr by IHG

After a terrible night at another hotel, this stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, though it could’ve been warmer. We did get down there late. The staff were very friendly, especially Taylor at the front desk. He let us check in early, gave us free breakfast vouchers after I told him about the other hotel, and took care of all our needs at breakfast. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and kept well stocked, with sliced berries and whole fruit, hot eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, French toast, cinnamon rolls, breads, bagels, cereals, and free juice and coffee refills. There’s a paid restaurant open later in the day, plus a full bar and an outdoor patio with comfortable padded seats. The staff were extremely courteous, and this was the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. It’s modern and in a quiet area.

We’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn since it was first built, and it remains our go-to whenever we travel from out of state. Manager Nicole is attentive every time and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and valued. Her warm, professional manner sets the tone for our visit. Restaurant service is consistently good as well. We highly recommend this hotel for the management, hospitality, and dependable service.

We were here for a hectic business weekend, and the service went beyond what we expected, especially in the dining area. Alyssa, Taylor, and Kenya made the visit feel special. Their kindness made the work trip feel more like home. If we’re in the area again, we’ll surely return.
