The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with good linens. We also had nice quality towels, a flat screen TV that looked new, and a microwave with a packet of popcorn. The curtains, including the shower curtain, seemed to have been replaced recently. The baseboard electric heater worked well and wasn't noisy like some hotel heaters. We were in room 124, and for the price I think it was good value. The motel is quite old, with thin walls, dated furniture, and plumbing that was sometimes noisy, but they seem to be making an effort to make it comfortable for the night. When we arrived, someone was playing loud music and smoking, and a strong skunk smell was coming into our room. My husband told the manager, who dealt with it right away. The rest of the night was quiet, and we slept well.

Warm, adequate, and well furnished, so generally fine. Still, I can't give it more than three stars because I seem to have caught bacterial conjunctivitis from the pillow.

My best friend stays there, so I drop by every now and then. The owners are really friendly and genuinely care about making guests comfortable. They're always upgrading the rooms, which are clean and affordable. Pets are allowed, and there are washer and dryer facilities. It's right next to the YMCA and McDonald's.

I was changing the sheets myself at midnight because three of the four beds didn't have clean ones.

It's a very old motel, but the rooms are nice and the prices are very good. It's also in a nice part of town.
