Quiet and cozy, with friendly staff and the basics you need for a clean, no-frills stop. It’s budget friendly and conveniently close to Mammoth Cave National Park, so it works for a short stay. The wifi, though, was really bad.

I really like this motel and the owners. They’re amazing and respectful people. They just ask you to be quiet and keep the place clean. This isn’t a paid review or a scam. I’ve stayed here several times and needed a little extra time to pay for a day or week, and they never gave me trouble. I’d recommend it to people. There are some serious downsides, though. They don’t let anyone visit, even for five minutes, and charge an extra person fee. I paid an extra 10-20 every day for over a week. When I left, they said I’d get that money back, but I never did. The owner then said he’d give me a free night if I reviewed the motel on two websites. I was homeless and needed the room, so I did the reviews. I have pictures and videos, but the rooms are being recorded in more ways than one.

It’s a simple place, but the price is excellent and I don’t think you’ll find a better deal around there. Getting to Mammoth Cave NP is easy, and it costs much less than staying on premises at the park. I’d definitely stay again.

The low price made me wonder about the quality, but the place turned out to be great and very clean. It’s tucked away not far from the highway, and the clerk was friendly enough to suggest places for dinner. Being pet friendly was a bonus, with just a $20 upcharge.
