The staff were great, especially Nate, who was very accommodating, and the breakfast attendant. The room problems, though, were bad enough that we moved three times. Each room had a mix of mothball, bad food, and other underlying odors. After the third room, we bought dryer sheets to put in the AC unit. There were mouse traps under the furniture, and our room was 611, with thin windows that let in traffic noise. The full-size refrigerator was a plus, but the bathroom was tiny and its door wouldn’t close. The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work, so I used the elliptical. The property is old and smelly, even though the staff were great.

The place smelled horrible, and I found mouse droppings on the countertops, as the attached photos show. There are mice, but the staff act like they aren’t there. The front desk staff had awful attitudes, too. Some of the people staying there made us feel unsafe, and staff did nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We left a day before checkout because we weren’t comfortable staying or eating there after hearing mice all night. At first the room seemed clean, but then we heard them through the night. They offered another room, but there was a mouse trap beside the couch in that one. My family has little kids, so this didn’t feel safe. The only offer was a $100 refund, which didn’t cover what we paid for the room, chips, and a drink.

Juan and Manny were incredibly kind and gave us 110% customer service. They went beyond what we expected. The manager was also so kind and showed us several rooms so we could choose the one that suited us best. We’ve never had customer service like that before. We recommend them and will keep coming back. 10/10 stars if I could.

Morgan at the front desk was unprofessional and trifling. I found a roach in the bed and complained, but they offered no accommodation that made sense. She also messes with card numbers, so be aware.
