For EV drivers like us, this place is a standout. The chargers were in great condition, the rates were very competitive, and there was plenty of parking. The area around the hotel is easy to get around on foot. The landscaping is beautiful, and the place is very well maintained. You can tell the staff care about guests. Coffee and cold breakfast items were available all day, and we also had the option of a complimentary hot breakfast at the University. We tried it, and it was awesome. Our room was a little tight, but the beds were spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was compact but pristine, with quality towels. I especially liked the oil diffuser, a thoughtful touch.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great coffee at this little inn right in the heart of Houghton.

The staff were the best part for me, so helpful and kind. My friend burnt popcorn in the microwave and set off the smoke alarm. He felt awful about it, but the staff came over and gave him a free bag of popcorn. The lobby is beautiful and really calming, the rooms are great, and there's a coffee machine in the room. We also loved the showers. Such a good experience.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and we found the inn clean and well kept, including our room. Breakfast had a nice range of things, with the option to get a discount on breakfast at the college next door. The coffee at the breakfast station was outstanding, and we were glad to have a mini fridge. It's a great place to stay for visiting Letchworth State Park.

A quiet retreat from all the hustle and bustle, with a clean, comfortable room. The lobby and library have quaint, elegant decor. The service was EXCELLENT! I booked a set of rooms for my group, and the process was smooth and seamless. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the 24-hour coffee machine that made iced coffee was fantastic. It was free, too, which really showed that they valued their guests. Clean, comfortable inn near Houghton University and the state parks. Highly recommend!!
