I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't stay here again. The room felt dated, the bathroom had just one ceiling bulb and was so dim I could barely see what I was doing, and the blackout curtains had holes. I could hear the people upstairs walking, talking, even breathing. Internet access was so limited that downloading anything would be a struggle. The owners don't seem to care.

Nancy was so helpful with getting me around Spring and knew the area well. She's a local, very informative, and honestly one of the most righteous ladies I've met. The establishment is lucky to have her.

The biggest problem is how little the owner seems to care about guest safety. Cars get broken into three or four times a week, even when nothing visible has been left inside, and windows still get smashed. Lily and the other staff are great, and the hotel itself isn't bad, but the owner seems focused on money. When the washing machine broke, he replaced it and then raised the fee to use it to cover the cost. He also switched the room TVs to DIRECTV's cheapest basic plan, so there's no ESPN. Ask him about that and he acts as if he doesn't know what you're talking about.

I spent two nights here, but wouldn't come back or recommend it to friends. There were several flying bugs in the room, and the A/C left the carpet soaking wet.
