Tish in the kitchen deserves a shout-out for the food, especially the best vegetables I’ve ever had. I stayed five days on a trip planned and paid for by my employer. The rooms looked good and even had that just-remodeled smell. Front desk staff were helpful, polite, professional, and accommodating, especially Natalie. I had a good stay and would choose Marriott Courtyard again. A solid four stars.

Natalie, SanTonia, and Dujuan have made this hotel feel like a second home. I’ve spent over 30 nights here in the past three months, and from the first day they’ve gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care make a real difference. I truly appreciate them, and they’re a major asset to the hotel and Marriott brand. Thanks for setting such a high bar for hospitality.

I give this place a 3/10, which seems accurate for a hotel advertised as three stars. The rooms were cheap, but paying twice for one wasn’t worth it. I chose the wrong dates for my niece’s birthday. When I called to check in, they said I’d already been charged for a no-show. That was entirely my mistake, but I still needed the room for the party, and they wouldn’t work with me or show much empathy. I booked again, so I paid twice. The bathroom has no exhaust vent, or door, and the room gets horribly humid. We were there in winter with single-digit temperatures outside, yet even with the room set to 67, everyone was sweating. At least running the shower for a few minutes made things wet enough to cool down. The views are of an empty dirt lot or empty grass lot, so there are options. Parking was good, though the hotel was empty and that could change if there’s an event or it’s booked out.

SanTovia was especially welcoming and sweet, with such a lovely personal touch. The staff made everything easy, and I had a really great, comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back. Shout out to her!

I stayed here Dec 20-27, 2025, and had to ask repeatedly about the nearly empty shower soap dispensers. I reported them right after check-in, but five days later they were completely empty. On Dec 26, I complained again while the manager stood beside the front desk worker. He heard me, staff took my room number, and they said it would be handled during that day’s “room refresh.” The next day, Dec 27, nothing had changed. At 10AM I went down for the fourth time, completely frustrated. There was no manager on duty, and the lone desk worker couldn’t find the supply cart, so they had to radio housekeeping. A cleaner finally arrived 20 minutes later with a replacement, acting fake-nice and overly cheerful as if that fixed it. I overheard another guest furious about a similar issue on 12/26, so I understand why. To me, housekeeping seems lazy, management absent when needed, and the place run with total negligence while charging full price. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
