Courtyard by Marriott Houston by the Galleria

Ms. Simona made our hectic travel day much easier. We were in town for the NCA All-Star Cheer competition and had to check out of one hotel and into another earlier than expected. Although we arrived before check-in time, she welcomed us and went out of her way to get us checked in quickly. After a long day of travel and cheer activities, her kindness and professionalism made things smooth and stress-free. She really seemed to care about our comfort. Ms. Simona is a rock star, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Thank you for such a great experience.

The room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, including with finding walkable places to eat and things to do. The Bistro had a decent food selection, and Starbucks was limited but still had good options.

It was quiet and peaceful, with a clean room that smelled good and top-tier staff. Emmanuel was kind and professional, helped us keep our room, and let us check in late at night. I'm very grateful, since the hotel we had booked four days earlier cancelled two hours before we arrived. I was very satisfied with our stay.

The whole front desk team makes my stays feel easy, and that's not something you find everywhere. I return to this Marriott year after year because the staff consistently go above and beyond. Elevator trouble could have made things difficult on my recent visit, but the team handled it like pros. Josh deserves a huge shoutout. He climbed 15 flights of stairs to deliver my DoorDash, then also brought up food from the bar and restaurant. That's rare service. Zehra is another highlight, always warm and professional, and I'm so happy she's back. Thea handles all my reservations, cancellations, room requests, and everything else with professionalism, class, and grace. She's truly why I keep choosing this property. These employees are why I'm loyal to Marriott, and I hope management recognizes their work.
