Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston North/Aldine

This place felt far from safe, and I’ll never return. Someone I didn’t know was given a key to my room, and everything I had was stolen. The front desk acted as though they couldn’t remember what happened, but I checked and they were definitely in the wrong. Anything could have happened, even a homicide. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. They do wrong and then try to cover it up.

There’s a live roach, and the room needs repairs. The ceiling above the shower is falling in, the bathroom door is coming apart, and the chair looked like it came from a dumpster. The lounge chair was stained all over. The hotel needs major upkeep in general, with water-damaged hallway tiles and fixtures missing parts.

We were too exhausted from our trip to find another place that first night, but we went somewhere else the next night. The room smelled like people had been smoking some kind of drug, and we spent the whole night with our heads under the covers. Room spray helped a little. We couldn’t shower because it wasn’t clean. My husband itched all night and woke up with red bumps on his body the next day. This place should be condemned.

The staff were friendly, but the property had junk cars and people standing outside playing loud music. One night I even saw a loose pig, no offense to pigs, but it looked out of place. The room wasn’t fully cleaned, and the floors need sweeping and mopping.
