We only ended up here because our other hotel was overbooked and a nearby event left us short on time. From outside, the building looked like a nightmare made of sheet metal and old plywood, with people hanging laundry over the balconies. The older white man at the desk was rude from the start. The first room was disgusting, with dirty towels, stains everywhere and a filthy carpet. When we asked for a clean non-smoking room, he said we looked like smokers. The next room wasn't much better: roaches, dirty sheets, holes in the wall and bedbugs. We went back for toilet paper and a clean sheet, and he said he couldn't get them and told us never to come back. The room was awful, but the man at the front desk was worse. Never again.

Good price, great service, and the stadium is an easy walk away.

There’s no privacy here. Guests are watched going to and leaving their rooms, and every car is monitored. You have to pass through double security to get to your room, and the front desk is rude. They all live at the motel, and the policies are crazy and apparently not even enforced consistently. People keep moving out because of them. At $70 a night, I expect better. My visitors have been followed to my room, intimidated or harassed. The room isn't properly cleaned, and there are bedbugs and roaches, so bring your own cleaning supplies if you stay more than a couple of days. There’s no breakfast or other accommodation. You can only do laundry for two hours, then you're not allowed to wash clothes anymore. I’d highly recommend keeping your money and not staying here. It’s horrific.

The beds were some of the cleanest and most comfortable I've experienced, and the place was clean overall. It's not a new facility, and the insecticide smell was uncomfortable at first, but airing out the room made the smell quite okay. Management was responsive and very kind. Thanks, Vivienne and Oaks. The price was good, and the location worked well for Rodeo nights at the nearby stadium and for the highway. There are plenty of places within walking distance, including fast food, car rentals and gas stations.
