The location is perfect for traveling professionals, and the property is clean and quiet. Extended Stay America Suites at City Centre Houston Texas is well maintained, with regular improvements. Mrs. and Mr. Patel in management go out of their way to make guests feel at home and welcome everyone with outstanding kindness.

I changed my stay in Houston and didn’t use the entire reservation, but the receptionist assured me I’d only be charged once. They charged me twice anyway. When we arrived, the receptionist was asleep and then offered no help with the reservation process. I expect them to fix this immediately. This place will take your money without a second thought.

I’m told the elevators have been out for more than two months. Guests and the excellent cleaning staff have to take the stairs, and I’m on the third floor. That’s why I can’t give this place five stars across the board. Not spending the money to fix the elevators feels like big businesses putting profit ahead of customers, a sign of the times. Luckily, I can find a better extended stay, even if it adds to my commute.

I like being close to the Energy Corridor Houston, and the room is decent. In the last six days, I’ve had just one cockroach encounter. I’d give service at least four stars if the elevators worked. They’ve been down since we booked and still haven’t been fixed. The room cleaning or towel replacement they promised after three days never happened either.
