My four-year-old was thrilled with the room, and the staff made the stay special. She wanted to be way up high, so Shaney put us on the top, fourth floor. She also granted a super special request for my daughter when she could easily have said it wasn't available. I don't know if I spelled Shaney right, but it was pronounced “Shane-E.” The room was comfy and clean, and the lot and lobby looked professional and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was quick and easy. Dinner was good and reasonably priced compared with nearby places. My daughter and I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries, and my son had shrimp tacos from the grill. The menu is limited but decent, and the gentleman working the grill was friendly. The area seemed safe. We could see the gas station from the hotel, and the man there was very nice when we ran over for snacks. I'm extremely pleased with our stay, and my hotel-loving four-year-old was over the moon. Thanks, Shaney and Holiday Inn, for a superb experience!

Jennifer made check-in easy and took time to answer all my questions patiently. She was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and her positive attitude made a real difference to my visit. I spent 10 nights here, and it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in over 38 nights of hotel stays. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The housekeeping ladies on the fourth floor were amazing. Whenever I needed my room cleaned, I took the do-not-disturb sign off the door, and it looked as if I'd just checked in. I had no parking lot issues and felt secure there. Police officers would even park by the front door and hang out. Melissa and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!
