We came to Houston for a funeral and chose this place because it was closest to where we needed to be. We booked two rooms, and they seemed nice when we first walked in. Later that night, we found a dead cockroach on the floor in one room. In the other, there was one dead cockroach and one alive one. One A/C unit had what I believe was mold, and it didn't cool the room at all. At 8:30 in the morning, while our things, including some expensive items, were still in the rooms, we returned from breakfast to find the cleaning crew inside. Checkout was at 11. I'll never come back. Horrible customer service.

The bed was soooooo comfortable. The office is actually part of the Chinese buffet, and the place is hard to spot because it's behind a buffet I think is out of business. They allow pets and have both smoking and non-smoking rooms. There are lots of security cameras, which is how he saw me walking around the building looking for the office.

There’s barely anything in the room. No furniture, just a bed, and the amenities are even more basic than at a Motel 6.

The staff were really friendly, and the office itself was spotless and smelled nice. My room was clean too, and the price was reasonable. The windows could use a cleaning, though, and the office’s front door needs attention and an open sign. Walmart, gas stations, and restaurants are nearby. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the location was convenient with free Wi-Fi. But the day staff were rude. After we asked for a late checkout, housekeeping just told us to leave right away. There also wasn’t any free breakfast, despite what was advertised.
