I liked the fresh fruit and yogurt options, which work for different diets, and breakfast was good. But they only serve one kind of breakfast meat each day, either pork or chicken. I’d suggest offering two choices every day. Parking is expensive, there’s no self parking, laundry doesn’t take cards, and there’s no Eav charging. I’m also not much of a downtown person.

I was already stressed during my daughter’s cheer competition and had a long list of things to deal with, including my car’s loose undercarriage dragging on the ground. When I went to get it repaired, Fatah, the valet in charge, had already fixed it. He was so gracious, said it was a simple fix, and wanted to make my stay more enjoyable. He made my day. The service here was great, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location was great, close to the convention center, and the room was clean. Breakfast and service were otherwise great too. But the GrubHub discount code they offer doesn’t work, and the hotel’s air vents all need cleaning. The gym was wildly mediocre. I also noticed they inspect rooms while you’re out, with the door closed. I find that ridiculous, since there’s no reason to enter unless they think something is going on. There was a stain on the duvet, and it took a while to get it replaced. At first, they lied about having replaced it.

Getting around downtown and to the conference was very convenient. The staff were awesome, and breakfast was better than I expected. Still, the street noise was pretty intense, so I wouldn’t stay here again. I imagine it’s the same for all the downtown hotels.
