OYO Apartments at Barcelona

These apartments look disgusting and badly maintained from where I live behind them. In the second photo, the window has been broken for over a year, since before the snow and the Derecho. I can only imagine how bad the inside must be after all that rain and weather got in.

The washing machines have been broken for a long time, and they're old. We need new ones. The kitchen cabinets in my apartment are rotten and smell awful, and I've been waiting two months for that problem to be fixed. It's not healthy. Maintenance workers sent from other properties leave jobs half done and don't come back, so this place needs someone permanent. Please bring Mr. Pedro back. He worked here for years, knew the property, and kept the building in better order. The office is overwhelmed, and the manager has no staff or tools to deal with all the problems residents face. Families work and pay monthly to live here expecting decent service, but the property seems to decline every day. Owner, you have good tenants here and should keep them. I have a few months left on my lease and may leave sooner. I know residents communicating this way isn't ideal, but the office hasn't been able to solve things.

Everything feels run down and rotting, and maintenance is the worst I've seen. There's just one person for the whole complex. When the power goes out, you lose the air conditioning too, since it's central. If that happens on a Friday, you may be without air until Monday, and the administrators don't seem to care. The air data is useless, and where is the air in the bathroom? It isn't sent to you, though they charge for it. You still have to pay rent in full. The city should look into these apartments.

The views are incredible, and the apartment itself is beautiful, with modern amenities.
