Palace Inn

Palace Inn I-10 East staff, thank you for helping me when I urgently needed to print some documents, even though I wasn't staying at your hotel. Everyone was quick to respond and friendly, and I was really impressed that you were willing to help a non-guest. Your kindness made things much easier and more comfortable for me while I was in the city. I appreciated the professionalism and care you showed, and I'll remember it for a long time. If I get the chance to return to your hotel, I'll definitely take it. Thanks again for the hospitality.

The room was roomy, clean, and nice, but dealing with the staff was horrible. When I asked questions, they acted like they had no idea what I meant. The man was okay. The woman really needs customer service training and should make more effort to help people and make their stay pleasant.

It’s a nice place to get some rest, and this is room 110 in the pictures. Just wish they had something to get rid of the smoke odor in the smoking rooms. It was overpowering and unpleasant, especially for a nonsmoker like me. Next time I’ll bring Febreze, candles, or something.

I’ll definitely stay here again. It was quiet, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s plenty of space in the room, with a microwave, refrigerator, king bed, and TV. No coffee pot, though.
