There’s also a super loud train running right alongside the hotel. We booked three nights but left after one, after seeing several roaches in the first room. At the front office, the woman offered roach-killing tablets she pulled from behind the counter, which made it seem like they knew about the problem. We moved our belongings to a room on the other side, but saw three more roaches within ten minutes. They refused a refund and rudely kept pushing us to take an upstairs room, saying none of those had roaches. We said no and left. Calling corporate got us points, but no refund. They’re knowingly booking guests into a roach-infested hotel and taking their money. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Joseline is new here and absolutely wonderful. She did a great job! I’ve been staying at this location for four years, and the rooms are great and the service is always nice. Love this place!

The owner is understanding and works with you on payments. Everyone on staff is nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean.

Joselin is amazing, a real blessing and an angel! When you’re staying at a hotel, comfort and hospitality matter, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. She’s definitely an asset.

Joselin’s been here five weeks and is already doing a great job. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to. Really great!
