My room hadn’t been serviced when I got back around noon, so I went to the office to ask about housekeeping. They told me housekeeping had already left for the day. I thought it was available 24/7, but apparently not. The pricing was confusing too: I paid $65 for the first day, then $75 for the second, and was told to keep the $65 rate. But I had to return six hours later, around the usual 3 or 4 o’clock check-in time, and then had to pay $75. Don’t waste your money here. The service and management are horrible.

They were nice, and everything else was fine. I got a $5 discount, but I also paid $5 for pay-per-view and it never worked. I’m sure he would’ve fixed it if I’d asked, but I didn’t bother making an issue of it and just went to sleep. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Check-in was easy and pleasant, and the inside looks very nice. I’d just gotten off a 14-hour flight, so the stay wasn’t bad. There was a strong mold smell that I noticed after being there a while, though I didn’t see mold in my room. It seemed to be from an earlier flood, and they’re trying to fix the place up. I’d give it 2 1/2 stars.

I use this place for work as a traveling masseuse. It’s close to the airport, and they don’t ask for a deposit. The staff are nice, and if you ask politely, you can stay late.
