I booked this property on 02/27/26 and had a really concerning experience. Management said the AC in my first assigned room wasn’t working, so I had to switch rooms. The second one was in unacceptable shape, with visible urine in the bathroom and signs of roaches in the hallways and bed bugs. I didn’t feel safe staying in those unsanitary conditions and left right away. I raised the issues with Gupertt and Lesha, but my refund request was refused instead of the situation being handled professionally. Basic cleanliness and sanitation matter when you pay for a room. This was extremely disappointing, and I plan to file a formal complaint with corporate and the appropriate health authorities. Management needs to address these serious problems to protect future guests.

I needed somewhere to rest for the day while returning to Texas from Washington State, and to check out the local doordashing scene as a delivery person. The woman at the front counter was caring and helpful: she got me into the room several hours before check-in and didn’t charge me for checking out an hour late after I slept in. The room was clean and spacious, and being right by the elevator made it easy to bring in my ebike. It’s an affordable place and I’d recommend it for an easy stay. My only issue was the distance from downtown. I couldn’t make much doordashing nearby, and using my ebike would’ve worked better downtown, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The price is affordable, the location is good, there’s adequate security, plenty of parking, free Wi-Fi, and laundry on site for $6 per load. It may work for people moving on from shelters or halfway houses. But don’t expect the hotel to take care of your room: during my roughly one-week stay, nobody cleaned it, and I never got fresh towels or toilet paper despite asking three times. I never saw coffee either. People went to the gas station or the McDonald's next door. There’s no breakfast, not even cereal or milk, and the appliances are outdated. I also saw roaches. You’re on your own here. And yes, there are homeless people living there, some with kids and others with dogs, and the smoke smell is very noticeable. I’m not trying to mislead anyone. What hotel cleans only every two weeks? Do better.

I arrived at 1 am after driving 15 hours straight for work and found a sign saying the lobby was closed from 11 pm to 7 am. I couldn’t check in and had to find another hotel for the night. I’d booked the whole week and couldn’t get a refund, so I came back the next day. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and I didn’t bother asking for money back for the first night since I knew I wouldn’t get it. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke even though I’d requested a non-smoking room. There was no comforter, the TV remote didn’t work, and I killed two roaches in the first day. I’m stuck for the rest of the week because I can’t get a refund, but I won’t stay at this location again and I’m considering avoiding Comfort hotel lines altogether. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels. As a platinum member of the Comfort rewards program, I found this the second-worst place I’ve stayed, and I’m very displeased. In response to the hotel: the Comfort rewards app I booked through doesn’t say the lobby closes at 11 pm. I waited in the lobby for at least 15 minutes and called the hotel, but nobody came or answered. The cigarette odor is strong, not something easy to miss, and there’s at least a 1-inch gap under the door to the hall. I also woke up to a cockroach crawling on the bed. I’m checking out tomorrow, even if I lose money. Anyone reading this should take the bad reviews seriously. Guests have every right to be appalled by these conditions, and management should be ashamed.

The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned before we were given it. We found bedbugs on the sheets and showed management pictures, but they still refused to refund us or acknowledge how poor the cleaning was. If you want bad service, to lose your money, and to deal with disease-carrying bugs, this is the place for you.
