Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental

The late-night team stayed cheerful and kind to our son throughout, and on Valentine’s Day they gave him a small gift. That was such a thoughtful gesture. At checkout on February 17th, Trinity was gracious and approved a late checkout since our international flight from IAH to Doha wasn’t until 5:45 PM. It made leaving much easier and less stressful. We arrived around 12:30 AM after a long journey, and Megan at the front desk made us feel welcome right away. She upgraded us from a Standard King to a Junior Suite, which made a big difference for our family. We were traveling with our 6-year-old non-verbal autistic son, and the extra space, sofa bed, and second Smart TV helped him settle in. He especially loved watching Cocomelon and Dave and Ava on YouTube on his own TV. This was our first hotel stay in Houston, and the whole team’s care, kindness, and professionalism exceeded what we expected. We’d love to stay again on our next visit and highly recommend the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. We had a wonderful stay from February 12-17.

Mrs. Ive from breakfast made my mornings a great start. She was professional, attentive, genuinely kind, and always smiling. I’d also like to recognize the kitchen employee who makes the omelets, absolutely amazing! Those two really added to the comfort and experience of my stay at the Sheraton North Houston George Bush Intercontinental on December 18th. I appreciated them both a lot.

The rooms are really comfortable, and it’s a good place to get the rest we all need for a special occasion. The food is excellent and the drinks are top-notch. It’s a great option for work, a vacation, a relaxing day, or even somewhere to keep your family safe during weather alerts.

The lounge is decent, and the women who work there are always friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is fantastic and on time. It’s an affordable hotel close to the airport, with decent rooms, though they could use updating and a deep clean. There are lots of mystery stains and too much wear and tear.
