Crystal Suites

There wasn't a dresser or cabinet for my things, and the headboard needs to be secured because it makes noise. Still, it was quiet and felt secure enough for a weekend night. The room looked wiped down and was clean enough for a short stay, with no mold, hairballs, or alarming stains. I suggest bringing your own bedding, as I do at any hotel. The A/C worked well and helped with the usual musty hotel smell. I also liked that there was no carpet. Housekeeping was still working at 1:30am, so leave them a few bucks. 🐸☕

The service is quick and to the point, and there isn't much traffic since they don't permit it. The place is tucked away in back, which some might see as a bad location, but I like the privacy. We've stayed several times and usually choose the jacuzzi room. We enjoy it every time. Thanks, Crystal suites, for the hospitality.

A friend told me about their stay and said the man in the office was really rude to them. He asked if they were okay, or slow, or something. That was completely out of line.

The front desk attitude was even worse than the awful stench that greeted me. I called ahead, but once they saw my race they treated me nastily. They refused service because I wouldn't beg for a trash room. These people are awful and racist, and I'll be reporting the establishment for discrimination.
