The manager was kind and did his best to help, but said a refund wasn't an option since I'd booked through a third-party site. I left because the room was in rough shape, with stained sheets and holes and scratches in the walls. There was a strong marijuana smell, and another room I tried also smelled strongly of smoke. Outside, people seemed to live there long term, with doors open watching who checked in, and kids running around while people yelled. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were polite and tried to help. Everything else was a mess. There were broken door handles, sinks that wouldn't drain, and prescription medication left lying around. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns, and someone had put a rusty, badly repainted outdoor table in the corner of the room. Electrical and phone outlets were exposed, with random things sticking out. Meanwhile, people were screaming and blasting mumble rap in the parking lot until 2 a.m. on a Tuesday. If that's your idea of a good time, this place is for you.

I've been here for two weeks, and it's clean and quiet. Room service comes every day, which is great. The rooms are clean, there are no bugs, and the prices are good.
