I booked two rooms for over 3 weeks and was impressed by the housekeeping. I met the carpet cleaner on my second day, and they actually shampoo the carpets. Bathrooms are sanitized, not just deodorized, and the comforters and spreads are changed daily. You don't have to worry that someone used the covers before you. The beds are so comfortable you'll want to sleep in. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are clearly on top of things. The location works well, with easy access to Beltway 8, Westheimer for The Galleria, Richmond Ave., and the Westpark Tollway. Breakfast is adequate, with waffles every morning, plus juice, coffee, and fresh fruit. There's also on-site security watching the cars while you rest.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff were nice, especially at the front desk. There's a security guard at night, so we didn't have to worry about our cars or the property. The hot breakfast was nice, and the place was quiet.

I was visiting Houston with my boyfriend for my birthday weekend, and this was extremely disappointing. One night around midnight, I came back and didn't know the secondary sliding door locks late. After the front desk employee let me in, I explained that I had a room with my boyfriend, but my phone was dead so I couldn't call him. He questioned me at length, asking for my boyfriend's full name, room number, address, birthday, and phone number. I gave him everything I could, but I didn't know my boyfriend's new number by heart, and the address didn't match the one on file. He refused to help and wouldn't simply call the room to verify me. When I asked if I could briefly charge my phone at the desk to contact my boyfriend myself, he said no and that it 'wasn't his problem.' I'm not from the area and had taken a Lyft there. I was left stranded late at night without any way to contact anyone. Security matters, but there was no basic customer service or empathy.

The breakfast was good, even though one young staff member was handling it after working check-ins all night. He was really kind and polite. One of the best hotels in this area.

The rooms were roomy and very clean, with soft beds and nice towels. Breakfast was good, and the gym was clean too. Dogs are welcome for $25 per dog each night.
