The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating, but the hotel's condition was disappointing. Many door locks were broken, including mine, so staff had to let me in manually with a key only they had. It was really inconvenient. My room had only two pillows, the sink ran the whole time, and the toilet had come loose from the floor. There was a brand-new big-screen TV with the stickers and plastic still on it, but nothing to explain how to use it. Seating was limited in both the common area and breakfast room, and both looked dated. The Choice Hotel company needs to step up its game. So many of its hotels are falling short on cleanliness and updates that I'd rather not stay with them anymore. It's sad, because Choice Hotels used to be a good place to stay.

I slept really well during my five days here. It was very quiet, and housekeeping checked on the room every day. The location isn't great if you're looking for things to do, and food options are limited to a handful of fast-food places. My room could've been cleaner, though. I found some spiders and ants.

We had the best sleep I've had in a while. The beds are comfortable and the pillows plush. Breakfast was good too, with sausage, egg, raisin brand, a bagel, an apple, and yogurt. My husband and I will stay right here when we come back to Indiana. I love this hotel. Quality Inn really lives up to its name and is in a class above the rest!

The room was pretty dirty, and when I went in, the door was partly off its hinge. It clunked, and I had to lift it to get it shut. I asked the desk for another room because the door was so difficult to close, but she said none were available, so I had to sleep there. I took pictures. I don't want anyone else making the same mistake. Room 128, Dec 2025.

Just a quick work stay, but everything was good. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and breakfast was decent. The manager was really nice and personable.
