Ramada by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airpt E

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The airport is very close, and the morning shuttle was prompt, taking about 15 minutes to get there. Arriving late at night was easy because the staff gave clear directions to the free shuttle at door 105 in terminal c. I called when I landed and again when I went outside, and the gentleman was waiting there for me personally. That felt very thorough and considerate. Communication between the front desk and shuttle operator was great.

My flight was cancelled, so I needed somewhere by the airport before catching the rebooked flight the next day. Ramada is really at the upper end of two stars, maybe the lower end of three, so don't expect the polish of a three-star hotel elsewhere. The bed was comfortable, staff were nice, and the shuttle was useful. The Dove soap, good water pressure, and acceptable cleaning were fine for a short stay. The room feels dated, and some noises at night were a little creepy. The bathtub also drained slowly. For an affordable night close to the airport, it works. For a vacation lasting a few days, I'd look in another area. Thanks for the help.

I had to stay here because of the weather, and it was a horrible experience. Weed smell filled the room with a musty odor, someone else had keys to my room, and the shower had no hot water. The rooms are rusty and outdated, housekeeping was friendly but did only part of the job, and one older man with gray hair and glasses gave poor customer service. Drinks and food were expensive, and the shuttle took a long time to arrive, though the ride was nice and the shuttle staff were friendly. There were some good things in the room: the internet worked perfectly, the TVs and Roku were great for watching YouTube, and the fridge, microwave, plugs, lights, heat and AC all worked. I also had good towels and all the hygiene products I needed. If I got a better room without the drug smell, I might stay again. If they banned that, I'd consider coming back.

The people here were wonderful. Reception was kind, and the cleaning staff worked hard, cleaned every morning, and greeted me with warm smiles. The food was delicious, too, and they made the kitchen look lovely. Thank you so much for your help and support. I wish every hotel understood people's problems and tried to help the way you did. I'm very grateful.
