The room smelled moldy, and they charge extra for towels. The manager was incredibly nasty and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She yelled at me and talked down to me while I was trying to understand why I'd been billed twice. It was the worst experience, though I guess you get what you pay for.

We had our four-month-old with us and ended up out in the cold with nowhere to go. I found the way we were treated unfair and lacking compassion, and this could have been handled much more professionally. My ID had expired, so my husband used his valid ID to rent the room. At first everything seemed fine, but shortly afterward staff called the police and told us to leave. They gave no real explanation beyond the fact that my ID was expired, even though my husband had a valid ID and rented the room. I wouldn't recommend this WoodSpring Suites location, especially for families. Management should take a serious look at its policies and the way guests are treated, particularly those traveling with young children.

The room smelled like dogs as soon as we opened the door. We went straight back to the desk and told the woman we were unhappy with it and wanted a refund. She offered to move us to another room, but we declined. We hadn't stayed there, and she still wouldn't give our money back.

The rooms are decent and the staff are friendly. I didn't see any pests. Management could be better, but for a short stay it's not a bad option.
