The Inn at Westwynd Farm B&B

We chose the “Just the 2 of Us” micro wedding package for our wedding at The Inn at Westwynd Farm this past weekend, and it somehow became even more magical than we pictured. Jorie pulled everything together in about two weeks, from the cake and champagne toast to the bouquet, boutonnière, minister Steve, and photographer Images by Joni. Every detail felt perfect, seamless, and thoughtfully arranged. My husband and I stayed three nights in a beautiful, cozy, relaxing room. We also added rose petals and sparkling cider, a lovely touch since I’m expecting in June. It made everything feel more personal and special. Natalia and Bill, the owners, were warm and accommodating throughout. And the breakfasts were the most exquisite we’ve ever had. Every morning felt gourmet, and nobody will go hungry here. The whole experience exceeded what we expected. We’ll talk about it for the rest of our lives.

We celebrated our anniversary here during the February snow storm, and driving up to the Inn was picturesque. It’s tucked away on a serene, secluded horse farm, yet close to the Hershey attractions. Natalia and Bill were welcoming and thoughtful. They left a lovely anniversary card in our room, and Bill cleaned off our car before he left after the snow. The housekeepers were quiet and considerate. With our do not disturb sign out, they left a note and a basket of supplies outside the door. Chef Dan’s food was amazing, and the snack and sweets table was stocked daily. Inside and out, the Inn is beautiful, with the owners’ care showing in the decor. I’m sure it’s gorgeous in every season. There are three living rooms to relax in. One has a fridge with complimentary beer, wine, and soda, plus a cozy fireplace. Our room had a jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and its own entrance to the front patio, where we enjoyed the rocking chairs. I can’t say enough good things about this sweet Inn. We’ll definitely return. We had a comfortable three night anniversary getaway. One of the owners welcomed us and showed us around, and our room was already ready, clean, and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the lovely dining room two mornings. On the third, we weren’t feeling well, and they kindly brought breakfast to our room with hot tea and honey, which helped while our meds kicked in.

After a disastrous stay at a national chain hotel nearby, my wife and I frantically looked for another option on our way back through the Harrisburg area. Westwynd Inn turned out to be a spectacular find. The setting is beautiful and bucolic, with rolling green pastures and horses grazing, and the rooms are lovely. From the website and check-in to the welcoming refreshments and cookies, the whole experience was great. Breakfast was truly gourmet, and we were close to wonderful restaurants. I could keep going. I wish I could give them more stars. If you’re in the area or want a beautiful getaway, you owe it to yourself to check in at the Westwynd Inn. Cheers!
