This place is a gem. I stayed about a month and will definitely be back. The housekeeper is sweet and keeps everything nice. Surfside Beach is literally three minutes away, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. At low tide I found this across the street!

Rosie gave exceptional service, and my room was clean and comfortable. It's a budget hotel with a location that's hard to beat. Of course, any place on PCH in Orange County will have traffic noise.

Don't stay here. The staff were rude and the Wi-Fi wasn't usable. I'm working with Expedia to try to get a refund for my last two nights. This place shouldn't be listed on Expedia or any third-party booking site. The manager needs to be fired and the Wi-Fi upgraded.

The room was moved and clean, the location was perfect, and the manager was friendly. This was the best experience I had while visiting California. I'll stay here again next time I'm in the state.

Buyer beware. If you care about good customer service and fair pricing, don't book here. The owner was rude and disrespectful, and the service was subpar. Their 2.8 rating feels generous; this place should be rated a 1.
