My Thursday-to-Sunday stay, from November 27 to November 30, 2025, was clean, friendly and accommodating, with great service throughout. After a long drive, I was able to check in early without questions or excuses. Whenever I needed something, it was brought with a smile. The hotel is handy for lots of stores and places to eat. Check them out if you're in Huntsville, Alabama!

The lack of complimentary breakfast was a real letdown for my sons and me. At check-in, I was only told breakfast ran from 7 to 10, which sounded like the free breakfast at other hotels I've stayed at. Please explain it more clearly. Now my sons and I have to pay extra for breakfast on the long trip back to Kansas City. Where's the southern hospitality?

Breakfast is served as a buffet in the restaurant attached to the hotel, but the food was honestly horrible and expensive. The bigger problem came on the second morning of my three-day work booking: at 10 a.m., I got a call saying housekeeping needed me to clear out because checkout time had arrived. I explained my reservation ran through Wednesday, as confirmed at check-in. When I returned later that day, they issued me a new key and said they were glad I got back in time because they were about to give the room away, even though my things were still inside.

This was our second year staying here for the New Year's Eve party, and we had a blast. The party is the best! The rooms are nice, and the service is good. Highly recommend it.

There's nowhere in the online reservation process to find a “breakfast package,” but then they charge $30 per person for breakfast. The hotel is fine otherwise. I'm not upset about the money so much as being told breakfast was complimentary when we wanted to eat without leaving the hotel.
