Pullman Motel

There was a bag of garbage and a dirty woman pad left in the parking lot for four days. The woman who runs the place was mad that nobody picked it up, even though she had to do it herself. At checkout she expects guests to get the cleaning supplies and clean the room so she doesn't have to. She also walked into our paid room without permission, yelled that my kids and I were messy, and threw our things around while complaining that the kids didn't pick up. There were three of us in a small room, so it was cluttered, not messy. She's rude, and I don't recommend this place.

The manager was professional and really nice, and the grounds were well kept. My husband, cat, and I stayed a couple of nights, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and I slept really well. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for about three months and were told we'd get our $400 deposit back when we moved out. Now we're being gaslit and told we never paid one. While we were away, the manager went through our room and stole from us. She also barged in several times and scared my children. Once she heard my 2yo crying and came in demanding to know what was going on. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were passing through Rice Lake and chose the Pullman Motel for our first stay there. We arrived late, but the owner was incredibly accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we'll definitely stay again.
