David and Tim made me feel welcome and at home while I was on vacation, and they have great customer service. The location puts you near everything: Starbucks, MidCity live entertainment that's kid-friendly, and lots of restaurants with all kinds of food, from pizza to Greek to seafood. You can't go wrong staying here. If it shows as booked, call the location anyway. Have a great trip and stay!

David, the General Manager, really stands out. He's professional and kind, and it's clear he cares about guests. Things run smoothly under his leadership, and he makes you feel welcome. That kind of customer service is rare and much appreciated.

I arrived to check in for a reservation and was told there were no rooms for me and that the reservation would be canceled. A phone call beforehand would've been appreciated. They still charged me as a no-show, even though the cancellation was their fault. I tried to get a refund by phone, but was sent to another number and still couldn't get help. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the hotel fought it. The rooms are dated, trashed, and filthy, and there are consistently police around the property. That experience is why I'm giving one star. This is a horrible hotel, absolutely criminal.

It's been a comfortable, fulfilling stay. The staff are great, and the other residents are friendly, respectful, and quiet. Rooms are cleaned to my satisfaction, and requests get answered on time. The manager, housekeeping, and maintenance staff are all easy to reach, understanding, and willing to help however they can.
