The rooms themselves are nicely decorated and have everything you need, and the building seems new, so it’s a shame the place feels dirty and unwelcoming. There seemed to be no expectations for staff behavior, appearance, or customer service. For this price, there are probably other places where you can at least expect a clean room and a warm welcome. We arrived late and got little help at check-in. The clerk handed us the keys, went back into the office, and shut the door. On the way to the room, we saw dirty floors and walls, debris on the carpets, sticky stains, and trash bags all along the hallway. Our room also hadn’t been cleaned properly: dirty floors, an unvacuumed rug, and underwear from the previous guest in the closet. The bed linens smelled musty, as if they’d sat in the washing machine too long. Since it was late, we went to bed and planned to ask for cleaning in the morning. The next day, nobody initially came to the desk, though we could hear staff talking in the office. After about five minutes, a couple of people came out, but didn’t ask if we needed help. They sorted through papers, and one complained to the other about her cleaning assignment. Eventually the clerk came over. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the bed linens changed. She wrote down our room number and said she’d arrange it. When we came back that evening, the room was still dirty and the linens hadn’t been changed. The following morning, we asked again for fresh towels and changed linens. We were told it would be handled, but that evening the room was still dirty and there were no new towels.

Having a full kitchen and laundry right in the suite made traveling with the kids so much easier. We needed two bedrooms, and this was a great alternative to an Airbnb. We loved the amenities and would definitely come back.

The building looks beautiful and the room itself was nice, but the place was poorly managed. We arrived late at night, and staff were dressed in night clothes. The floors hadn't been cleaned well. When we asked staff to clean them, they said they would, but it never happened. We stayed four days and nights and asked for fresh towels and linens, but no one came to the room. There was never anyone at the front desk either. Day or night, we had to get someone's attention from the general manager's office. Once, while we were at the desk, a staff member complained about the workload. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location put me right where I needed to be for sales work the next day, with everything nearby. The person at the desk was great and really helpful. I still recommend the place, even with a few problems to know about. My Verizon service was terrible there, so when the WiFi dropped out completely for about an hour, I couldn't get any work done. I had already spoken with the front desk about the connection, and they gave me a number to call. That fixed the WiFi issue easily, though it went down again for that hour. There was also water seeping through the wall and onto the floor when the person upstairs showered. I didn't need to move rooms, but it could cause trouble later. I don't blame the hotel for that, the builder cut corners and the hotel has to deal with it. Those issues are manageable, so I'd still recommend staying here.

The room smelled like stale body odor, and the corners and carpet were dirty. Management offered to bring up air freshener, but they were reluctant to move us, so we were basically left to put up with the smell. With Trivago showing such a high rating, I don't understand it. I should have booked a reputable hotel.
