Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hutchinson

The rooms were nice, but the free breakfast was a joke. They said all these items would be available, but both the orange juice and apple juice were rotten. The waffles tasted like stale cornflakes, and when we complained, staff threatened to kick us out.

My room was clean and really nice, and the place was quiet. The price seemed reasonable by today's standards. I'd read some poor reviews online, so maybe things have changed. Everything was very nice.

Four of us drank the rotten juice, so I guess we're all dumb. We also saw two other women leaving with the same complaints. The manager started yelling when I told my five-year-old we'd have to find juice elsewhere, saying he was getting more. The waffles were only half cooked and the coffee was cold. Nothing was done about any of our issues, and we were told to leave for complaining. They even wanted to lie about paying customers. The front door was broken and smelled strange, almost like mold. I'd never come back, and I'll make sure none of my family does either. Worst hotel ever.

The grounds were badly overgrown, and the service was terrible. The person at the desk kept hiding, so I had to call to get them to come out, and they acted as if everything was a chore. My door's security lock was broken, and the fitness room equipment was broken too. When I reported it, the person looked down their nose at me and insisted the equipment wasn't broken, as if I were lying. They eventually fixed the door lock, but did nothing about the workout equipment. Never staying at this hotel again.
