This place doesn’t deserve a star. The male “Manager” was rude and unprofessional, and the hotel needs to be demolished. They charged a man $90 a night, while a woman checking in gets a considerably lower rate. The room was disgusting: cigarette burns on the toilet, a dresser that looked chewed by a dog, sticky linoleum, and a stained bed that felt mostly like springs. I wouldn’t let the gentleman stay there.

We left that evening because the room had bedbugs and roaches, and nobody wants to get bitten. I’d requested a refund but never got one. The manager said there was no record of me leaving, but there was nobody at the desk when we left. Earlier, my friend booked a room and got a universal key without being told which room was hers, so she walked in on multiple people in different rooms. The desk person was extremely unprofessional, hit on me, got my number, and kept texting. I arrived in the morning to check in, then came back in the evening after a seven-hour drive hoping to rest, only to find the pests. Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money.

I spent one night here and regret it. At 4 a.m. I woke up with a cockroach crawling on my neck, and found more when I went to the bathroom. The rooms were nasty. I’ve been trying to get my money back, but they won’t refund me. Disgusting and gross.

This place deserves no stars. I’ve stayed in some pretty low-class hotels, but this is easily in my top two of places I’d never return to. I booked through Expedia and smelled animal urine as soon as I walked in. The smell was just as strong in my room, whose door latch was missing. The deadbolt worked, but the odor was overwhelming. The doors around the hotel were unlocked, so you didn’t need a key card to get in. I didn’t feel safe. The front desk woman was nonchalant and rude. There was no eye contact or thank-you after she checked me in. I handed over my driver’s license and held out my hand for it back, but she put it on the counter. That felt racial to me. She was also at the desk wearing a T-shirt and underwear, which I found disgusting. I left without saying anything because I know myself, and I wish the hotel had never shown up in my Expedia search. My advice, to myself too, is not to book through third-party sites until you’ve seen the property. I hoped Expedia would refund me, or I planned to stop booking through them. I left as soon as I saw the condition and never went back inside because I didn’t want to get into it with the staff. Expedia did give me full credit for the situation this place put me in. I went to another hotel and paid less for better quality. This is a ridiculous, disgusting hotel. I wish I’d taken pictures. Expedia needs to remove it from its platform immediately.
