The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I had a great experience on my first trip to Cape Cod. I liked the harbor views, the cute courtyard, and the clean pool. Breakfast was great, and the quaint breakfast area had a nice feel. Our room was very clean, though a little dated. The bathtub was chipped, and the mattress coils were noticeable, so the owners could spend some money updating the rooms, mattresses, and pillows. I'd stay here again.

We stayed four nights at the end of April, just before the season. Our room was quiet and clean, and the service was great. Hyannis has plenty worth seeing nearby, so the location worked well. We also enjoyed the harbor view and watching boats come and go. Breakfast was adequate.

The pool was closed for most of our visit and only opened the morning we checked out, which was the one downside. Still, I'd absolutely stay again. The location is the main draw for me: anything you might need is within a 15-minute drive, and most places are a 10-30 minute walk. Parking was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was enough to get the day started. The staff were amazing, especially Sandy and the new GM Mark.

I needed two nights during a blizzard because I work at Cape Cod Hospital. Sandy took my reservation by phone and was so accommodating and understanding. Mary stayed with us through the blizzard and was the most helpful, kind, and fun hostess ever.

Our family had a lovely stay. The room was cozy and quiet, with a comfortable king bed and a harbor view. It was clean, and the pullout sofa worked well for our 12-year-old. There was plenty of room for the baby's pack and play, too. The continental breakfast had all the fixings.
