The waterpark was good, the restaurant was so-so but had great service, and the live band was awesome. Overall, it’s a decent place for kids, but I’d just get a regular room because the suite doesn’t make sense. I’d stayed five times over the years, and the resort had been remodeled this time. We booked the jimmy buffet sweet based on a description that promised a jacuzzi and fireplace, but the room we got had neither. There wasn’t even a bathtub, just a stand-up shower, which I don’t understand for a place geared toward kids. The suite cost 400. Around 9 pm, I went to the front desk for a blanket because the pullout couch had only a thin throw. They said housekeeping had left and they had none, though they did give me an extra set of sheets. After checkout, I called to ask which suites had a jacuzzi and fireplace. I was told none did anymore. When I said that’s what the online description said, the woman said she didn’t see it, then transferred me to a line nobody answered. My husband had sent me a screenshot of the room description before we booked, and I’ll attach it to show those amenities were advertised.

Andrew made our visit to Landshark a lot better. He brought great energy and professionalism from the moment we sat down, and his attention to detail stood out. Every drink was made perfectly, and his recommendations were right on. Even as the bar got busy, he made sure everyone was taken care of while keeping things fun and personable. He clearly enjoys what he does. It’s rare to see someone combine skill, speed, and personality so well. If you’re going to Landshark, try to catch Andrew behind the bar. He’ll make your night 10x better.

The kids had an absolute blast. My son was finally tall enough for the slides and was so happy, and the wave pool and lazy river were fun too. There’s also a fun arcade. The breakfast buffet had a good range, including eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, homefrues, cereal, bagels, and more.

My son’s first birthday visit was amazing, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. Everything was great, and he says he wants to come back for his next birthday. Thanks for making the celebration memorable for him and all of us.

Celebrating our daughter’s birthday at the water park was 100% worth it. The staff were kind and attentive, and made the day easy. Olivia helped plan the party and was AMAZING, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely caring. We didn’t even meet in person, but she still made the day special. I highly recommend it for kids’ birthday parties, and we’ll definitely be back.
