The room was really cute and clean, and it was quiet enough for me to get great sleep during my two-night stay. The virtual check-in was the only reason for my 2-star rating. I was exhausted when I arrived, and the process took way too long.

After staying here, I ended up with bedbugs. When I brought it up with the front desk clerk and on-site manager, they said the hotel is regularly “cleaned for bedbugs.” To me, that’s a red flag: it suggests there may have been infestations before and could still be an ongoing problem. Since leaving, I’ve had to deal with bedbugs in my belongings and home, which has been extremely stressful and costly to treat. The staff weren’t helpful and wouldn’t offer reimbursement or assistance. The rates are inexpensive, but I don’t think the risk and exhausting cleanup are worth it. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Reading several other reviews also made me question the hotel’s overall cleanliness and sanitation.

Housekeeping were friendly and very helpful, but the front desk didn’t do much. The rooms were bare basics, with no decor or cozy feel, and looked run-down and shabby. The shower water flooded the bathroom because the drains were clogged and couldn’t handle the flow.

The service was subpar, and I felt unsafe because the door into the hotel wouldn’t lock and didn’t require a key card. The room itself was filthy: hair left in the shower, dirt across the floor, and stains on the beds. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
