Uplift Inn

For our long wedding weekend, this was a perfect place for our family and friends. The team welcomed my then-fiancé, now-wife, and me with a thoughtful Colorado wedding congratulations package. Everyone we spoke with had a great stay too. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and slept in those comfortable beds forever. 10/10 across the board. Our rooms at Uplift Inn were clean, spacious, and nice, and the employees were kind and easy to communicate with. They handled everything we needed, including extra towels and a last-minute extension. Check-in and check-out were simple. The rooms and bathrooms were much bigger, cleaner, nicer, and more updated than the stereotypical motel, and the prices are unbeatable. The owners are extremely nice, and the property is woman-owned. Rooms at Lift Landing and Uplift Inn had what our wedding party, families, and friends needed for nearby plans like white water rafting, hiking, the rehearsal down the street at Yard’s Taphouse, and the wedding at Echo Mountain. We walked everywhere all weekend except for the shuttle to Echo Mountain. Staying here made our wedding weekend the best time of our lives, and many guests have told us they felt the same. The incredible hospitality, service, and comfortable lodging made a big difference.

The bedding was SO soft, and I’m going to buy the same brand for home. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully chosen. The space was spotless, simply and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were high-end enough to make the stay feel special. Check-in was easy, too. We absolutely loved the Uplift Inn and would happily stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I’m usually picky about hotels and don’t like motels, but after seeing the great ratings we gave this place a try. Glad we did. The room had two king beds and lots of space, and the bathroom was large too. The shower was hands-down amazing. We booked a balcony room and enjoyed watching people go by. Slept great and didn’t hear anyone all night. Contactless entry was nice. We had dinner at smoking Yards BBQ, which was delicious and worth recommending. Starbucks is about a block away, handy for an early start. If the owners allow it, there’s room for air mattresses if you’re traveling with a bigger group. There’s one parking spot for a trailer, and if it’s full, there’s a place across the street if they allow parking. I’d 100% stay again. Thanks for providing a safe, cozy place to sleep.

I need to say both thank you and sorry. The owners and staff at Uplift Inn and Lift Landing managed all the details for our out-of-state wedding guests, including the blocked rooms, and welcomed my daughter with a thoughtful, generous wedding pack. There was a lot to organize, and they handled it all. The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly kind. We’d planned to write a review on the first day because the stay was so extraordinary. But I’m embarrassed to admit we were the loud, rude guests, making the kind of noise I’ve called ahead about at other places. I’m so sorry for disrupting the inn and its guests, especially after the team worked so hard to accommodate everyone. An enormous thank you, and a massive apology.
