We felt right at home here and plan to come back over Christmas weekend. The room was pristine, well equipped, and very comfortable, with a king bed that gave us a great night’s sleep. The decor was lovely, and the whole place felt clean, welcoming, professional, accommodating, and authentic. The restaurants had wonderful choices. At 1st St Deli, I had potato latkas, matzoh ball soup, and a pastrami sandwich as good as the best I’ve had over the years. Raynel, also known as “Ray,” was caring, friendly, and accommodating from our first meeting. Colleen and Christina from the Players Club were the same. Every staff member we encountered, including security, the cleaning crew, and the gift shop personnel, was genuinely respectful and friendly. My wife and I are sincerely grateful for the experience and will remember it fondly. Thanks to Ray and everyone mentioned. See you again!

They took our money! Just kidding, sort of. We didn’t win, but we had a great time, and it was fun taking a chance here while on vacation. In the three hours we spent there, I saw more jackpots hit than at many other casinos I’ve visited lately. Our family always looks for casinos when we travel, and this one’s a must-see for us. If you’re nearby, I’d recommend a visit. They’re not thieves, though, so set a limit and only spend what you can afford. Maybe you’ll get lucky!

I spent $500 and played a slot for an hour before finally getting a bonus, just 85 cents. It was the only bonus that night, and the drink servers wanted a 25% tip. I’ve been going to Hard Rock for 30 years and to the small game rooms in my area. In all that time at HR, I’ve never had a single hand pay, while at the mini-casinos I’ve won more in one year than in 30 years at HR. A few months ago I got a letter saying to go to those nearby rooms, claiming they don’t pay and sometimes have very poor payouts. My experience is that they pay much better. The Seminole tribe is asking the local Sheriff’s office to shut them down, and it seems they can’t handle competition. Florida gives the Seminole Tribe exclusive gaming rights in Florida, but they need some competition!

The casino has an amazing vibe, the rooms are awesome, and the food is great. The shows are amazing too. The tables are hot and the machines even hotter! You can’t go wrong with a weekend here, whether you’re staying for a getaway or local and coming in for a fun day.

We had a really nice, comfortable hotel room, and the casino has plenty of options even though it isn’t huge. We ate at 1st Street Deli inside the casino twice. The food was great, portions generous, and service top notch. We’ll definitely be back.
