The internet could work better, and I’d like more breakfast choices, but everything else is good. There’s free breakfast, and no bugs or dirty linen. The rooms are great and clean. I come here almost every night with my children. The front desk staff are understanding and always make us feel welcome!

VIP, the hotel manager, and the housekeeping staff have been amazing. He’s made staying here with my kids a world class experience. The complimentary breakfast is great, and the cable has all the channels. I can’t complain. I’d rate my experience 10/10 and highly recommend this hotel.

The price was good, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in also went well. But the floors were dirty, the tub wasn’t clean, and there was hardly any water pressure. The room smelled musty, like they’d sprayed air freshener to cover an odor. Loud people kept us from sleeping well, and we left a day early because we just couldn’t stand the filthy room.

If you want to be kept awake and woken up between 2:30-4 am by people arguing and someone repeatedly locking and unlocking a car, this is the place for you. Loud people stay here regularly, and the room wasn’t cleaned well. We waited 15 minutes to check in and eventually had to call to get someone to come to the front. They seem to have almost no workers.

They told me to never come back when I asked for a refund, since they said they couldn’t give me what I was requesting. Trust me, I wasn’t planning to return. For anyone thinking of booking, here are photos of two rooms they tried to give me. They said they couldn’t get either one any cleaner than that.
