Unit 206 had everything we needed, including Kerrigan, a full-size drip coffee maker, ice maker, dish soap, laundry and soap in the unit, an iron and ironing board, smart TVs, beach towels, chairs, toys and a boogie board. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were even a few things left behind, like a picnic basket and extra light bulbs. Bring sunscreen and whatever you want to eat and drink, and you're set. There are tons of board games.

I've stayed here several times and love it. Each room has its own appeal.

The two-bedroom unit was very clean and well stocked, and I'd definitely come back. The condo building is managed by Jaycee Resorts and sits right on the beach, with two doors opening onto a large balcony. There's an elevator from the covered parking, plus a heated pool with beach access. It's a good spot for sunset views, though groceries are a bit far away.

The location and beach are nice, and the unit was functional, though nothing fancy. The upstairs neighbors were the problem. They partied almost every night until 1 or 2 a.m., and the walls were so thin I could hear their slurs. I contacted Andre, the manager, several times. He tried his best to help, but the third floor was under different management, go figure. I left a night early because I couldn't take the noise anymore. They basically ruined my vacation. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not!
