Kayla at the front desk made a really good impression. She was friendly and went out of her way to arrange something for us that she didn't have to do. We appreciated it and will stay here again as long as she's at the desk. The room was nice, clean, and modern, and we had a great stay last night.

My room was humid and smelled like mold, and the customer service made the stay worse. At night I called about late checkout for room 217 and was told I could have it for $44. I agreed. When I called the next day to confirm, a rude male receptionist said I couldn't stay late unless I'd requested it at check-in. I'd been given mixed information and had planned my whole day around it. Now I'm supposed to get ready for my friends' black tie wedding at 3 p.m. in my car. I'm a Hilton Honors member, 1712695012, and this is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend the place based on the facilities, but especially because of the awful customer service. Let's hope I can get my tuxedo on in the back seat.
