The suites have no AC in the bedrooms, so the door has to stay open. With more than two people, whoever sleeps in the living room freezes while the bedroom sleepers sweat. Only accept a “renovated” room on an upper floor. The public hallways are never cleaned, and the construction seems to be an excuse to clean even less than usual. The renovation appears to mean painting old cabinets, while leaving rusty appliances and pots and silverware in place.

I paid out of pocket while adjusting to a different way of living, and manager Shay, front desk worker Mariah, and the rest of the staff really worked with me on the cost and other things. I stayed from 12/31/25-02/17/26, and the staff were wonderful. They’re upgrading the hotel, which could cause some challenges, but when something couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered reasonable alternatives. It takes forever for the water to get hot, which is my only complaint, but that didn’t take away from the experience. I’d definitely stay again!!!

The front desk people were all friendly and accommodating, and the renovated rooms are really nice. The kitchen has everything you might need, apart from food, of course. The free laundry is a problem, though: just one of the five washers works, and only one of the six dryers. There’s no sign they’re trying to sort it out anytime soon.

The building felt pretty secure, and my room was clean. The location worked well since it was very close to where I needed to work. The front desk staff didn’t understand that my company had prepaid for the room and tried to charge me. I also had to get my room keys reprogrammed three times in two days.
